Abstract

Improving the quality of education can be achieved well if the teacher can identify well the problems that occur in his class to then be able to finish the solution. The implementation of this identification problem and completion can be done in the class research. Mentoring the preparation of PTK and RPS for teachers is intended to allow teachers to identify well the problems that occur in the learning, and to choose and implement a problem solving strategy that is faced with the organization in a Class action research proposals and RPS so that increasing the quality of education can be achieved.
